Yes, and most clients do. We will send our mutual NDA or sign yours, usually the same day. If your spec is sensitive, say so in the message and we will lead with the NDA before any detail is exchanged.

Yes. We run paid pilots — typically 50–200 hours of audio or 25k–100k text items in one or two languages — specifically so you can prove the spec works before committing to a production programme. Scope and commercials are agreed per project; tell us what you need and we will come back with an approach and a number.

We work Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5), which overlaps the whole European working day and US mornings. We hold a shift into US afternoons for West Coast clients. Genuinely urgent requests are answered outside those windows.
